Striped Green Spurge is a dwarf spiny succulent
shrublet, characterised by its unusual gnarled, serpentine stem topped
with cascading stems of up to a metre long, which eventually droop
under their own weight to appear scrambling. The stems are thin and

1 cm; spines 2-9 mm long, needle-like; prickles minute or absent.
Leaves are 8-15 x 3.5 mm, lanceolate, falling off. It grows rapidly,
and produces amazing tuberous roots, and is believed to be hardy.
